These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the True You Realignment website and services. By accessing our website or booking an appointment, you agree to these Terms.

 

2. Use of the Website

You agree not to use this site for unlawful purposes, interfere with its functionality, or copy any content without permission. All content is the property of True You Realignment unless stated otherwise.

 

3. Medical Disclaimer

Information on this website is general only and not a substitute for personalized medical advice. For assessment and treatment, please book with a qualified physiotherapist.

 

4. Appointments & Cancellations

You may book appointments online, by phone, or in person.

If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment time, a  $50 late-cancellation fee will apply.

No-show appointments may also incur this fee.

Providing accurate contact and health information is your responsibility.

If claiming through ACC, accurate claim details must be supplied.

 

5. Payments

Payment is required at the time of your appointment unless otherwise arranged.

Unpaid accounts may be referred for collection.

 

6. ACC and Insurance

We will assist with ACC  claims, but approval is not guaranteed. You are responsible for any fees not covered by ACC.

 

7. Website Availability

We aim to maintain consistent website access but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any loss caused by downtime.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by NZ law:

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use.

Our liability for services is limited to the amount paid for those services.

Your rights under NZ consumer law remain unaffected.

We may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

 

10. Changes to these terms
